Converting Date 14/12/2023 00:00:00 to YYYY-MM-DD format

Hi Team,

I am getting the date as 14/12/2023 00:00:00, but my target system expects the date in YYYY-MM-DD format. is there a way/function in which we can convert the date in required format.

I tries using date_format function but it is not giving me the desired result
