how to use the function DATE_DIFF

The doc says
date_diffdatepart - string*,
startDate - datetime,
endDate - datetime


I have a start time 
2023-11-18T00:25:45.323315+01:00
and a stop time 
2023-11-18T00:34:28.675407+01:00
and want to know the difference in seconds
