Integration time

Good evening.

Currently I have the integration 258381 which replicates information from a table that only has 3 fields; currently I'm using an integer ID to load the data, which is too much, however is taking a lot of time every time I execute the process. I want to know is there is any efficient way to execute the process within a smaller interval of time.
