SuiteTalk concurrent request limit exceeded. Request blocked.
This error occurs when the NetSuite concurrency limit for your account is exceeded. It usually happens when too many NetSuite connection requests are running at the same time. For example, this error occurs when you try to run more than 5 requests at once while your concurrency limit is set to 5.
Resolution
- Contact NetSuite to check your account's concurrency limit. If needed, you can purchase additional concurrency licenses.
- Reduce the number of NetSuite connections running at the same time to stay within your limit.
- Split your integrations or backups into smaller tasks and schedule them at different times to avoid overlap.
As a temporary workaround, wait a few minutes and retry the integration or backup once the current requests have completed.
