Fix Skyvia Data Integration Record Limit Error

Data Integration: You have reached the limit of records

Overview

The error "You have reached the limit of records" means your Skyvia account has consumed all records included in your current Data Integration plan for the billing period. No further records will be processed until the limit resets or you take one of the actions described below.

When Does the Limit Reset?

PlanReset Schedule
FreeOn your account registration date each month
Standard / Professional / EnterpriseOn your subscription renewal date each month

Resolution Options

Option 1: Wait for the monthly reset

If the timing allows, you can wait until your billing period resets. No action is required — the counter resets automatically.

Option 2: Start a 14-day free trial

If you are on the Free plan, you can activate a 14-day trial of any paid plan to gain access to a higher record limit immediately.

  1. Go to AccountSubscription.
  2. Select a paid Data Integration plan.
  3. Click Start Free Trial.

Option 3: Upgrade your plan

Upgrading to a higher plan increases your monthly record limit permanently.

  • Go to Skyvia Pricing to compare plans.
  • Go to AccountSubscription → select a new plan → complete checkout.

Option 4: Enable Paid Records (Standard, Professional, Enterprise plans only)

If you are on a paid plan, you can process records beyond your subscription limit for an additional per-record fee. This feature is disabled by default to prevent unexpected charges.

  1. Go to AccountSubscription.
  2. Find the Data Integration section.
  3. Toggle Paid Records to enabled.
  4. Set a maximum record cap or select Unlimited to remove the cap.

Important: The default cap for Paid Records is 1,000 records. If you hit this secondary cap, integrations will stop again. Increase the cap or select Unlimited as needed.

"You have reached the limit of CSV records"

If you see this variant of the error, it means the monthly limit for records processed in CSV-based Export and Import integrations has been reached. This limit applies to older account plans. To resolve it, renew your plan to the current version or wait for the monthly reset.
