502 Bad Gateway error from Dynamics 365

I am attempting an export of activitymimeattachment from Dynamics 365.  It times out at 29 minutes 22 seconds with a 502 Bad Gateway error.  There is no further diagnostic information that I can see.

Do you have any thoughts on how I can investigate this?
