Hi,

We're using SKyvia to synch our website with Salesforce and the sync failed this morning and below is the error message we got

A task was canceled. [Code: RC_03]

Can you please let me know what this means and how to resolve this if it occurs in the future?

The "A task was canceled" error is an internal Skyvia issue and our developers are working on eliminating it completely.

We do our best to prevent this error to occur in the future.

This issue cannot be fixed from the user's side.
