Accuracy and completeness of Data from source to destination

Hello, 

We have connected LinkedIn Ads, google Ads and Google Anallytics with Google Big Query through Skyvia. We are facing following issues in the 3 connectors:

LinkedIn Ads:

Google Big Query is showing 53 campaign while in actual/source there are 40 campaigns. There are 12 campaign groups in actual/source while Google Big Query shows 16 and one of the 12 is not there in Big Query.

 

 

Google Ads:

The number of capmpaigns in source and destination is correct and matches (8) but the details of the campaigns are not fetched/copied. Many datasets are empty or have shown "Object Error"

 

 

Google Analytics:

Slight differences are observed in data values throughout the datasets. e.g. On Nov 17 there are shown 8 users from Pakistan in Google Big Query while in source they are 11. The trend is same for many dates. Also, bounce rate is shown 44% while source shows it to be 51.755.

 

Please guide about what can be the underlying reasons for the inaccuracies and incompleteness of data and how can they be coorrected.

1. LinkedIn Ads: Could you please check how many records are displayed on the Linkedin Ads side by using Query SELECT COUNT(*) FROM Campaigns AS t and let us know the result?

 

2. Google Ads: In this Package, you have got a few types of errors:

- Error 'Cannot select the following segments because at least one unsupported metric is found in SELECT or WHERE clause'

 

Skyvia works with Google Ads via their API and is limited by this API. The errors occur on the Google Ads side and are related to Google Ads API limitations. This error indicates that the specific segment does not support some metrics.

You should review the selected segments in the package and selected metrics according to the error messages.  

Some errors indicate that some pairs of fields could not be selected together. 

You should modify the package according to the error messages. For example, you can separate the fields which could not be selected together in another package. More details are available here https://developers.google.com/google-ads/api/reference/rpc/v7/QueryErrorEnum.QueryError#prohibited_segment_in_select_or_where_clause 

- Error 'The following pairs of fields of table '*' may not be selected together...'  - The error occurs on the Google Ads side and is related to Google Ads API limitations.

According to the error message, the specific fields should be selected separately from each other. You can replicate the fields from the pairs specified in the error messages in separate packages. 

3. Google Analytics: As we can see, the last launch of the package took place on November 14. Also, the fields Users and BounceRate have not been selected in the Task Editor. We assume that is the reason why these fields have not been updated. Could you please enable these fields for Replication, run the Package and let us know the result?
