All our snapshots and schedules backups are missing

Hi,

 

For some reason, all out snapshots and scheuled backups are missing from the system - please advise ASAP

Hello David, 

We have checked your backups and, as we see the schedules are disabled in both of them, thus there are no new snapshots made since the last backups' modification.
Please enable the schedules, save the backups and inform us about the result.
