API Permission Failed Error

Hi,

We are testing this backup solution and successfully connected to our SFMC instance. However, we encountered an error on backup API Permission Failed. We grand Read access to Data extension in our SFMC package. Please help us identify this error.

Hi Joan,

Thank you for submitting a ticket with us.

It seems there is a bug in their API, we found something about it here.

Please grant 'write' permissions too to your data extension and let us know if it works.
