Hi,

We just added Dropbox as a connection, but it said you were using an outdated method to connect via their API?

It was being terminated Sept 2017 said the alert? Do you have plans to update and continue with the Dropbox API at all?

+ We were hoping to Export data / files from Dropbox using your service but cannot see Dropbox in the Source?
(We can see it if we want to send files or content to Dropbox.)

Many thanks - Paul

We've already made the corresponding changes to work with Dropbox API 2 and updated Skyvia.

Dropbox connection is available only in Import packages as a source (import data from CSV files) and Export packages as a target (export data to CSV files).

If you have any further questions, feel free to contact us.

Hi,

Thank you for the clarification, so it is not possible to transfer or copy actual files (any type - .jpg/doc/pdf etc) from Dropbox (Source) to an FTP location (Target) using Skyvia?

Be great if you could, but I guess this is one for the wishlist / developers at Skyvia?

Unles you know or could help advise of an alternative way to do this?

Thanks - Paul

Yes, unfortunately, it is impossible to implement this scenario via Skyvia and we cannot advise you any other solution.

We will definitely post here if any changes regarding such scenarios are available.
