Dear Team,

 

We are not getting any response from 5 days on the below issues updated through chat, please check and resolve the issue on priority.

 

“Please add 25k for this month (One month advance) and the same can be reduced from the validity period. Please do the needful as the interface is stopped due to records are exceeded”

“we have subscribed for 12 months and make it as 11 months by providing 25k records for this month as advance”

 

Also please let us know how to use upsert function, as we do not want deleted records to be processed from the source

Hello!

 

We reset the counters for your account for this subscription month. Feel free to process additional 25k records.

 

As for UPSERT, please look at this topic.

NOTE: UPSERT operation requires the primary key to be auto-generated. Thus, you will need to remove the existing primary key constraint (do not delete the column completely, just remove the constraint), add a new auto-generated column and make it as a primary key.

Hello!

 

can you please help us to edit the existing configuration for UPSERT.

 

It is impossible to switch the existing Replication package to the Import package. These are two different types of data integration package.

You need to perform the following steps:

- add a new auto-generated primary key column to your target database table; this is a mandatory requirement for using UPSERT with the relational databases;

- create a new Import package with the UPSERT operation.

Dear Support Team,

 

we could not able to complete the UPSERT operation on Skyvia due to internal priorities, we will complete and test the UPSERT function on or before 30th Nov 2019. we request you to add 25k records to existing month and the same can be reduced from the validity period, as the records will expire in next 3-4 days and the interface will stop once the records are exceeded. Please do the needful.

Hello,

 

please help us by adding count of 10k records for this month, your sales team proposing to migrate to standard package 500k records per month and which is not worth for our transactions. we will not exceed 25k records per month, we are exceeding due to processing of duplicate records. and we could not able to use UPSERT function on the existing setup. we will create separate pack with UPSERT function by end of this month.

 

Please do the needful on priority, as the interface is stopped for last 5 days.
