Hello -

I am curious about what security protocols are available for user logins to Skyvia.  Our security team would like us to implement Two Factor Authentication for users to Skyvia.  Is that possible?

If not TFA is Multi Factor Authentication possible or limiting the IP addresses that are able to login to the account?  Anything to help secure the the user logins is helpful.

Thank You,
Cam

Hello,

Thank you for your interest in Skyvia product.

Skyvia doesn't support Two-factor authentication.
You can either create an account with user/password or sign in via your Google/Salesforce account

Unfortunately, for now, we don't have technical opportunity to limit the IP addresses that are able to login to Skyvia.

Regards,

Pavel

This remains the same, or have you implemented 2FA or MFA?

Hello Andres,

Thank you for contacting Skyvia Support.

The 2FA/MFA has not been implemented yet.

We will definitely post here if any news regarding this is available.

Best regards,

Mariia
