Backup Files not creating -

Hi,

 

Our invoice has suddenly stopped working since your upgrade.  We have also stopped getting our data exported every night.  I left a message few days ago in your chat.  However, i still have not heard anything back.

 

The last invoice( inv number:14171) that has been raised by yourself is dated 11th March 2020 for $499.  Can you please resolve this  issue urgently.
