Backup runs failing - error says to contact support

My regularly scheduled backup runs have failed the past two times.  The error email I received contained very little information (included below),   I verified that my SalesForce credentials are correct. SalesForce has logged a successful connection from Skyvia. The connection object to Salesforce within Skyvia also tests successfully.

What is the nature of the problem and how do I fix it?  Thanks.

Hello Jon,

We are sorry for the inconvenience.
The backup failure was caused by our internal infrastructure issue which is currently fixed.
Our development team is working on prevention of such issues in the future.

Please confirm if it is ok now and immediately inform us in case of any problems.
