Backups not working

Hi support,


We created a backup branch earlier. But previously we had a few backups created on the production but from Dec2022 we can see the backups are not working and showing the error but the storage is getting filled up so this is not correct. Because if we try to check and backup the data but the hold is showing full, there is no data backed up in the activity.


Can u check this on high priority so that we need to merge a backup into our production?

After a closer look at your Backup, we see that the error is in your Magento connection. Your Backup is running, but not backing up any data and is not using your storage. Most likely, that your storage got filled up earlier when the package was executing successfully.


The error 'The account sign-in was incorrect or your account is disabled temporarily. Please wait and try again later.' occurs due to Magento 2’s security system.

Magento 2 will temporarily disable accounts that do not meet its password complexity requirements.
