BigQuery Import Speed

I have simple import package, that reads 53 rows w/ 3 columns from a BigQuery Table.  And then imports into another table in BigQuery.  

53 Rows takes 4-5min to complete.  This seems very slow because I have much larger data set need to move and currently can't beause moves at this speed.  

Is this speed normal?  Importing 10-12rows per minute into BigQuery?

Support solved my issue.  

I did not have Bulk Import checked in my connection. Once I check Bulk Import everything worked perfectly.
