Hi

The import package for Sales Orders from BigCommerce to my CRM does not appear to be working. This has been tested extensivly in develpment and all other similar packages are running correctly. This is a new web site deplyed last night and so the Orders file will be small (100 Orders Max) yet the package has been running not 100 minutes

Please advise asap\

Hello Brian,

Could you please specify the issue in more detail? For example, specify package name/Id, the error you are getting, what do you mean about 100orders-100minutes, etc.

We are looking forward to your reply.

Best regards,

Mariia

Hi Maria

The package name is <Import Orders from BigC to CRM> and it was setup by the web developers to import sales order data from the BigCommerce web site to the ANCP CRM

This  package and other packages to import / export data have run succesfully in the BC dev Sandbox inviroment but since the Skyvia has been directed to the new live BigCommerce web site overnight this package is not working

All other packages to import / export data are working at this stage so the connections are working correctly

When we run <Import Orders from BigC to CRM> the status "Running" is displayed but the package has run for up to two hours without downloading and Sales Orders or completing, each time we have attempted to process

As this is a new web site deployment we would have expected approx 100 orders max at any of these run times

I  cloned a copy and modified the filters on the cloned version but did not have any sucess

Hello Brian,

Thank you for the details.

In your package, you are using numerous Source Lookups (CustomerAddressCustomFields) and relations (e.g. OrderProducts_Orders). This means that extra requests are used for data retrieval from Lookup tables and relations. The data amount in Sandbox and live instance, most likely, differ and, thus, the execution time differs too.

We recommend you to try using cached lookups. For this, open your package editor, find lookup mappings and select the "Use cache" checkbox in the Lookup options.

When the cached lookup is used, the necessary fields from all rows of the lookup object are queried and cached on Skyvia, and lookup is performed against this cache. Depending on the number of rows in the lookup object and the number of imported rows, this may provide a performance gain.

Save the package and run it. Please do not cancel it. We will also check from our side whether it is processing any records or not.

Best regards,

Mariia

 Hi Mariia

This is the detail of the package form 18Tech

In process "Order Import from BigCommerce to CRM", we are fetching 3 entities "Order", "Order product" and "Order shipping address". We have checked using current API keys, we are able to fetch all data of these entities. Support will be able to tell why it is getting stuck. If there is any error, it should show the error message.

Hi Brian,

Do you mean package "Import Orders from BigC to CRM - Copy"? This package is in the Running state for 4 hours already, so it seems it is running without changes applied to this package. Please cancel it and run it with the newly made changes.

Best regards,

Mariia

Hi Mariia

The package is still running, not shown any success records, however i now have 17 records in my local transform table

but nothing more in the last 30mins although there are more orders in the site which total 54 now

My last order received = 140

Not sure what is going on but I will leave the package running

Hi Brian,

As we can see, two last runs were performed successfully and it took several minutes to complete.
