"Calls" are not linked to records in SFDC + status incorrect

Hello,

I am working on a Zoho CRM to Salesforce synchronization. We have successfly importer Calls from Zoho to Salesforce's Task. But Call are not related to any Contact, Lead or Account. We put this :

 

Also, the status is alwasy "Completed" event if we did this: 

 

Please advise on how to correct both issues.
