Can Not Change Public Query

Having been able to edit and save reports previously I now find myself unable to save changes to existing reports and getting the message that I "Can not change public query", why is this and how can I get the ability to edit hese back?

I am working with Shopify and have been trying to make a change to a report that I have edited multiple times previously.  When I o to save the report I get the message below.

There are only 3 steps.

Open a Query that was created by somebody else

Edit the Query

Attempt to save the query.

 

That's it.  I have admin privilages on the workspce.  I can sill edt queries I created.
