Can't connect bucket on BigQuery

Hi,
I've created bucket in https://console.cloud.google.com/ but it throws an error "The bucket 'woow-users-bucket-new' is not found". 
When I add realy not existing bucket it throws a different error "The specified bucket does not exist."
