Can't export large numbers of Zendesk rows

I would like to export a full list of tickets for a massive bulk update task. However, this is not possible. I get the following message:

(Invalid search: Requested response size was greater than Search Response Limits)

 

 

Can you advise?

Hello Ben,

Thank you for submitting a ticket with us.

This error is provided by Zendesk and is related to recent changes they made to their Search API. Please find more details here.

We created a request for our development team to investigate the changes.

Regarding your use case, we would recommend enabling Incremental Export option in your Zendesk connection. It is used specially for tickets. Please find more details here.
