Can't Import a csv from a specific folder

When trying to set an import job from an sftp directory to zoho I'm unable to pick the specific directory the user has permission to.  Therefore I end up with an invalid connection.  Is there a way to add in the full route of the user's directory? 

sftp import-job data-import

 Hello Benjamin!

 

The error you are getting usually relates to the Permission issues on the SFTP side. 

 

Your user must be able to access the root directory with all folders in it and you will be able to select the necessary folder from the available list in the Task Editor.
