I added my mySQL connection but I receive the following error message:
Host '184.108.40.206' is not allowed to connect to this MariaDB server
Skyvia uses the following static IP address to access your MySQL database. This IP should be whitelisted.
When working with MySQL connections, the main requirement is that your MySQL database must be available through the Internet.
If connecting to database on the local computer, it is required to allow such connections in your firewall.
If connecting to a computer in the local network, it is necessary to use port forwarding.

Can you connect to your MariaDB server from other place, for example your computer?
Please also take a look at https://stackoverflow.com/questions/1559955/host-xxx-xx-xxx-xxx-is-not-allowed-to-connect-to-this-mysql-server. Does any solution described in this topic help you?
I also have problems connecting it through my PC.
It means that your server do not allow connecting from outside. The stackoverflow link describes various ways of solving this problem on the server side. Unfortunately, this is a MySQL issue, not Skyvia's. Thus, you should configure MySQL server on your side. And if you do not have required permissions, contact your database administrator to make your server available from the Internet.
