Im am having an issue since the adding of a new IP addres in Skyvia.

I have whitelisted the new addres in our SQL server, and the testing is correct, in the SQL config area, but the flows are failing giving the following issue:

A network-related or instance-specific error occurred while establishing a connection to SQL Server. The server was not found or was not accessible. Verify that the instance name is correct and that SQL Server is configured to allow remote connections. (provider: Named Pipes Provider, error: 40 - Could not open a connection to SQL Server).

Hello Peter,

Thank you for contacting our Skyvia Team.

New IP address was recently changed.

Currently, it is 13.86.253.112.

Please change it on your side and let us know if that worked.
