Cannot Make Connection to SFTP

Hello, 

I have a trouble making a connection to the SFTP Server and am wondering if you can help me. 

We have whitelisted the Skyvia IP Address - IP 40.118.246.204. 

When I test the connection I get the error ( please take a look at the picture)

Is there something wrong wI am doing?

ID Address of our SFTP Server is 81.17.211.213

Dear Nika,

Thank you for getting back to us.

The IP address seems to be valid.

Please create a test user on your sFTP server and whitelist this IP address - 82.207.23.245 , so that we can test the connection from our office.

The problem was on our side. We have now cleared the issue with the existing user.
