Cannot use integration

A long time ago I was using your free service, but stopped sometime around January 2018.

 

I have a new project that has renewed my interest in your service, but I cannot get it to work.  When trying to use an endpoint, I get the message that my pricing plan does not allow active secure endpoints.  So to continue my test, yesterday I signed up for a month of 'Basic'.  Still having the same problem.  

 

Nowhere in your marketing info can I find any information about this.  Is Can you look at my account and tell me if I am on the wrong plan of if there is a problem?

Hi Tom!

Free and Basic pricing plans allow to use only public endpoints. Authentication/IP access options are available only in Standard and Professional plans. Please refer to: https://skyvia.com/pricing

Actually, I looked there before I made my purchase and before I opened a ticket.  So, from the screenshot below, how could I have know that before I made my purchase?

I need someone to let me know what is going on.  I created a new endpoint without a user so it would be public.  Made 1 attempt at running the integration, got an error and now get a message that I have used up my monthly quota!  So I go over to my avvount stats and it says that I have not used any of my quota.  See attached images.

 

I am hoping to put together a strategic resource for my executive management, but I need to have confidence that the solution will be robust.

 

Am I doing something wrong?
