Case Restore Failed

I attempted to restore an item from our UAT backup under the Incident field - OMB-104223-V8V4. I was able to located the object but got an error: 


37063517-4bf2-e711-810e-e0071b669ee1;"37063517-4bf2-e711-810e-e0071b669ee1";"u";"incident With Id = 37063517-4bf2-e711-810e-e0071b669ee1 Does Not Exist"

I recalled a similar error when trying to restore a deleted firm so I included the external and internal contacts with the restored case but got a SQL error instead:

"SQLLite error no such column: src.customerid$type"

Is there something I'm missing when restoring this test case?

Hello! Could you please describe a step-by-step scenario you are performing with details and screenshots, so that we are able to reproduce it and detect the reason of the issue.

We have an "Incident" field which contains our case data. When I select a restore job of our UAT site from Dec 9th and drill down into the case data I'm able to find the case that was deleted by searching (In our test scenario is wsa OMB-104223-V8V4).


When I click on that case to select it for restore and run either an insert or update restore I get this error:




When I drill into the case and select the primary contact also (in our case we need to select both internal/external contact like when restoring a firm) I get the attached SQL error:



Please let me know if there's anything else you need.
