Connect: Upgrade Issue

Hi

I have created 1 connect to a database. (I only have 1 in total, Please see attach image)

When I open the end point, I get the error:

The endpoint is not active. You can see and change the status of your endpoints on the Endpoints page. Maybe, your current pricing plan does not allow any more active endpoints.

Is there any reason of why I am not able to make active the end point?

Connect Free pricing plan allows to use only cloud data sources as connection for endpoints, databases are supported only in Standard plan and higher. Also, Free and Standard pricing plans allow to use only public endpoints. Authentication/IP access options are available only in Professional and Enterprise plans. Thank you Mariia, I already been on that page when I scroll all the way down to the section Connect price

the free plan has 1, so this means that the free plan actually dont include 1 and this should be 0?

Will be the basic plan be good enough for this?

Do you guys offer a 7 day trial? I will need to show this funcitonality up and running to my boss first before, we could commit into a plan

Free plan allows to have 1 endpoint for 1 cloud data source (e.g. Salesforce, Dynamics CRM, Zoho CRM, etc.).

Databases (such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, etc.) are supported only in Standard plan and higher.

Thus, if you need to use database as a data source for your endpoint, you can take a look at Standard plan or higher.

We have enabled Professional Trial plan (Connect) for your Skyvia account. You can use it till 02/09/2018.

Do I have to do anything special to activate the endpoint?

I keep getting

Maybe, your current pricing plan does not allow any more active endpoints. </Message>   Thank you for the free trial, if you guys can help me fix the end point in connect it will be really good, however I am not sure when I will have the appointment to show the application up and running as I havent been able to do much due to the error message, will it be possible once I know the date to request another trial to demo the application?   Thank you

Please open Endpoints page and find your endpoint. In order to activate it, please click the On/Off button:

Thank you, I was doing that and I was getting the pop up message ,but not anymore.

Cool I will need to arrange the meeting and I will let you know, thank you so much, your product is not only amazing but quite intuitive, I am looking forward to use it more

Yes, it is - $15/month (annual plan) or $19/month (monthly plan).
