I am trying to connect to an FTP on a server within my company. I cannot get a succsful connection. SSL certs are required but we do not have a way to export the keys and certs. How can we get those?

Thank you for contacting our Skyvia Team.
Skyvia requires a text format for SSL Cert and SSL Key that must be provided in the form of base64 encoding.
Please contact your FTP server administrator for further assistance. If there is no way to get SSL certificate/key pair, you can select 'None' for Encryption Mode parameter in the connection details of your FTP connection and Skyvia will use plain FTP.
