I am trying to Connect SugarCRM But everythime the Test Connection fails and give this error
"Invalid Resoponse from Service"

To understand your situation, we need more details. Please clarify, what SugarCRM solution do you use? Is it Cloud or On-Premises? If your CRM is On-Premise, please make sure it is accessible for Skyvia.
Currently, Skyvia uses three IPs:
22.214.171.124, 126.96.36.199, and 188.8.131.52.
