Connection Failure due to HTTP 409

Hi there,

I'm having a lot of issues with the Skyvia and Google Sheets integrations.

 

Since Tuesday I can't refresh my data.

 

I get multiple errors when I attempt to refresh them.

 

So far today I reveived the following alerts:

 

  • Connection Failure due to HTTP 409
  • Exception. The coordinates or dimensions are invalid

Could you please specify the data source being used and query you are using.

The datasource is SF.

 

and we are using Lead and opportunities queries

Please describe the details:

- exact steps you are performing (step-by-step scenario);

- send us screenshot of the error;

- specify the exact query you are using, etc.

Hi Mariia,

 

basically, I login through your google sheet add on and then I click on " Refresh All Sheets"

 

The results I get vary. There are times, where I only get my data from 2017. In other instances, the data refreshes until Jan 2019.

 

Not consistent.

The error has now changed.....

 

here is the message I am receiving

 

Close
