Connections > Wordpress "Unable to connect to the remote server"

Hey!  

Keep getting the error "Unable to connect to the remote server" 

Basic Auth > Activated
User Application Password > Enabled

No connection can be made to the remote server. 

Anything else I can try? 

Is the connection made via remote sql? 
if so, this may be it as my hosting providor doesn't allow remote sql connections.

Solved. 

Had to whitelist the IP address as it would not allow the connection from Skyvia to the server. 

 

Trying to map Woocommerce orders received in Wordpress across to Zoho Inventory. 

Is there any documentation on this? 
I find that when using syncronisation, not all fields to map are present for Wordpress.

Unfortunately, WooСommerce is currently not supported and it is not possible to get access to Orders objects.
