Converting DT_NTEXT to DT_IMAGE

Trying to transfer data from NetSuite to Salesforce for files/attachments and I can't map a DT_NTEXT to DT_IMAGE.  Is there a way to convert with an expression a DT_NTEXT so that it can be mapped to the VersionData field on ContentVersion?

Thank you for contacting us.

Unfortunately there is no way to convert DT_NTEXT to DT_IMAGE since DT_IMAGE is a binary value.
