Is it possible to add custom fields and options to an active campaign account?

Skyvia works with ActiveCampaign via their API and it's bounded by their limitations.
Unfortunately there is no possibility to add custom fields and options. Custom fields and their values are reflected in separate tables, please see on the screenshot below.
If necessary, it is possible to build a query and join its custom fields to the Accounts table.
