Trying to create a new sync package, and when i try to log into quickbooks to sync the accounting side, i am told the site cannot be reached.

Thank you for the details. The issue occurs in old Skyvia UI, we will investigate it and let you know when it is fixed.
Meanwhile, please use new Skyvia UI in order to create a new QuickBooks connection.
