Hi Team,

I am trying to map data from CSV file (exported from salesforce) to a custom filed on Jira, but I do not see an option to add new columns in the mapping section, the only mapping options I see is Summary, Issuetype_id, Project_key,project_Id, Priority_Id, Labels, and Description as per the screenshot provided.

How do I map the csv columns to a custom filed on Jira?

Please let me know if you need any more information,

Regards

Ravish Raju

Hello Ravish,

Thank you for submitting a ticket with us.

Skyvia does not support custom fields for default Jira connector.

However, it is possible to implement via custom REST connection. We can investigate your scenario and prepare all the necessary data to create it for you (we will describe the type of authentication, prepare metadata with custom fields). After that, based on this data, you will need to create a REST connection in Skyvia and use it in your package.

If such an option suits you, please send us the following information:

- specify tables and API names of custom fields;

- fields data types (with maximum length if it's a string);

- an example of your data.

We will review details and check the possibility to implement this.

Should you have any questions, do not hesitate to contact us back.
