Hello Rahul!

why am I not able ot see my mailchimp custom field into skyvia integeration.

Please try performing the following steps:

- open your Mailchimp connection and set the "Merge Fields Behavior" parameter to "Join All Merge Fields";

- save your connection;

- open your package and edit the Task; if fields are still not available, try clicking Refresh button (also, make sure you are not filtering columns at this step - if some buttons, such as 'mapped', 'unmapped', 'valid' or 'required' in the Task, are selected, not all fields will be shown).

Note: if different lists have merge tags with the same name but different type, default value, required setting, etc., these merge tags are ignored regardless of the Merge Fields Behavior parameter; merge tags that have the same name for different lists must be the same in order to be available in Skyvia.

Refer to: https://skyvia.com/resources/docs/index.html?connecting_to_mailchimp.htm

As for the failed package run, we could not find this package in your account. Could you please specify account you are using and package id and name.

Thank you and looking forward to your reply.

Best regards,

Mariia

i tried doing this ->  open your Mailchimp connection and set the "Merge Fields Behavior" parameter to "Join All Merge Fields" and saved the connection.

in the screenshot below I wanted to push just one record to the mailchimp.

in the next step i selected Listmembers and did insert operation

in the final step i did the column mapping where for the mailchimp ListId (Lists) I had to create constant 9cd3dd4d19 which is the audience ID in mailchimp account

and i get this error when running the process

what is the issue here?

You can see the errors in the CSV file which can be downloaded by clicking the number of failed rows (per object) in the Run History. This CSV file contains all failed records, and for every record there is the reason why it failed. You can find more information in our documentation: https://skyvia.com/resources/docs/error_processing.htm

 Please specify email address that is used for your account and package name, so that we are able to investigate it and provide you with a solution.

Thank you and looking forward to your reply.

Best regards,

Mariia
