Data Export Incomplete

We have an integration package set up to export data from Salesforce and upload a csv file to an FTP site. Usually it runs fine but last night the csv file was cut off in the middle of the file - see attached, cell B10 is incomplete and the rest of the file is missing. I re-ran the export manually without making any changes and the complete file was uploaded. What could have caused the export file to be cut off like this? The Skyvia run history doesn't indicate any problems.

As we can see, all last runs were performed without any issues and about the same number of exported records. Could you please specify run number with which the issue occurred, so that we are able to check it more clearly.

Please send your CSV file with the issue to us so that we can study it. You can either email it to us at support at skyvia dot com or send a private message to me.

 

Please also notify us whether other runs cut data in this field or issue occurs only during the run 16235776.

Thanks, I emailed the file to your support email address. We only observed the issue in run 16235776. It did not happen when I subsequently ran the export manually, but after that I paused the schedule so have not observed the issue in other runs.
