Hi ,

Hope you are doing well there.

we are exploring the Skyvia as data integration tool between salesforce and stripe. before proceeding with that we have few questions.

1. Data integration will works with which subscription plan?

2. we need free subscription plan to do a Proof of Concept whether solution provided skyvia will work or not? with free subscription we are not able to test the data flow of records using stripe and salesforce.

getting below error :  Data Flow is not supported in your subscription plan.

please let us know earliest.

Hello Praveen.

Thank you for contacting us.

Yes, Data Flow is actually not available in the Free plan. But you can have a two-week free trial for any plan starting from Standard and check if the Data Flow suits your scenario.

You can read more about Data Flow here.

Also, Skyvia supports Integration packages for both Salesforce and Stripe systems. Please note that Import and Synchronization are supported in the Free plan.

Follow the links on how to create connections to Stripe and Salesforce and know more about their features and limitations.

Feel free to reach me with any questions, I would be more than happy to assist.

Best regards,

Yevheniia Bilotserkovska.

Hi,

Thanks for the update.

when we select synchronization option to sync the data between stripe and salesforce, during cofiguration setup-> selected source and target environments, but during the object mapping between source and target environments ( we are getting error:Table cannot be used in synchronization. It does not have UpdatedDate column) .

Hi Praveen,

Thanks for your patience with this request!

Please note that for synchronization, the object should have fields storing information about when the object was created and last modified (CreatedAt, UpdatedAt fields) but not all the objects contain such fields. See the link, requirements, and recommendations section: https://docs.skyvia.com/data-integration/synchronization/. If those fields aren't required that you can avoid their mapping.

We can also recommend using an Import tool for your scenario.

Import package is a specific kind of package, which loads data to a cloud CRM or a relational database. Data can be imported from a cloud CRM, relational database, or CSV files. Import is one-way integration. Note that connections to Stripe and Square should be created prior to package creation. Follow this link below to know more:

https://docs.skyvia.com/data-integration/import/import-package.html

In case you have any additional questions or need any kind of assistance, kindly let me know.

Best regards,

Serhii
