Within a Skyvia synchronization package, is it possible to navigate, map and extract nested object data? I would like to extract Contacts and Addresses entries in the following DEAR "Customer" GET API output and map this data to Salesforce objects/tables/columns. Sample API output json file is attached. Thank you..

Hello David,

Currently the Adrresses and Contacts fields values are stored in the array format and currently they could be extracted in this format.

We have submitted the request to our technical team to parse the array values of these fields into the separate tables.
In this case you will be able to extract the addresses and contacts lines from the corresponding tables and use them as a source to import data to Salesforce or other targets.

But please note, that these tables cannot be used as targets, and will not support the synchronization, they will only be available as Source in Import, Export or Replication.

I will inform you additionally when it is implemented.

Best regards,

Olena

Hello David,

Please be informed that two new objects CustomerAddresses and CustomerContacts were added to our Dear Inventory connector.
These tables are read-only, thus they cannot be used as targets, and they do not support the Synchronization, they are available as Source in Import, Export or Replication.

Best regards,

Olena
