Hello,

I am trying to launch a SQL request using JOIN, connecting Hubspot and Google Sheet.

The request wont load and the error message says 'delay exceeded'.
Is there a way to overcome this ?

Many thanks !

Best,

Théophile

Hello Theophile,

Please provide the SQL query you are trying to run in the Google Sheets add-on. We will try to reproduce the issue on our side.

Hello,

This is the SQL request :

SELECT
    EngagementContacts.Id As "Contacts ID",
    Engagements.Id AS "Engagement ID",
    strftime('%Y-%m-%d', Engagements."TimeStamp") AS "Activity Date",
    Engagements.ActivityType AS "Activity Type",
    Engagements.OwnerId AS "Owner ID",
    Engagements.Metadata_Title AS "Title"
FROM Engagements
LEFT JOIN EngagementContacts ON EngagementContacts."Engagement ID" = Engagements.Id
WHERE
    (Engagements.Metadata_Title = 'Calendly: Rendez-vous téléphonique avec Virgil'
OR Engagements.ActivityType = 'Call prequalification booked'
OR Engagements.ActivityType = 'Call validation booked'
OR Engagements.Metadata_Title = 'Calendly: Votre financement avec Virgil'
OR Engagements.ActivityType = 'Meeting client booked')
    AND strftime('%Y-%m', Engagements."TimeStamp") = strftime('%Y-%m', DATE('now'))

Many thanks,

Théo
