Hi, Can you please tell me if this is normal? Every time it syncs, there are 1/3 of the records are dropped and it only shows succeeded sync status. I am not sure what is going on with Dropped Records. There might be some exceptions but usually, would that much of dropped records result in an error? We just figured it out since the data that existed in the Saleswings platform does not exist in the SQL server.  Please let me know if you need more explanation.

Hello Matt.

Thank you for contacting us.

Usually while Replication runs records in the Target are deleted if they are also have been deleted in the Source.

In this case we would ask you to check which records existing in the Source were removed from the Target.

You can execute SELECT COUNT(*) FROM saleswings__SW_Tag_Segment_Trigger__c in Source and Target and compare the number of records.

If it is does not match, then clear the target table, reset the LastSyncTime, select the Create Tables and Drop Tables options and perform a full Replication again.

If it doesn't help, please provide us the examples of such missing records for further investigations.

We are looking forward to hearing from you.

Best Regards,

Yevheniia Bilotserkovska.
