Hello, I want to ask about our run 34278256

We have a joint table of ContactLeads, that doesn't have a primarykey or a unique identifier, but a combined one of ContactID and LeadID. However, skyvia sets PK on one of the collumns, which results in error for inserting major part of data. I've searched the documentation, but couldnt find a good answer for my question.

Looking forward to your response

 Hello!

We have checked metadata of your Zoho CRM connection and the ContactLeads table has a unique Id field (the unique Id is generated on Zoho CRM side).

Could you please tell us whether target database tables are created by Skyvia (Create Tables option) or manually?

Best regards,

Mariia

Hi Mariia,

Those tables were created by Skyvia initially.

Could you please check that the LastSyncTime value is not null. You can check this in the Parameters:

If it is null, you can either perform replication from the scratch (in order to be sure that all source data is copied; for this select Drop/Create Tables checkboxes), or set this value manually.

Best regards,

Mariia

Hi, I've recreated the tables and I have the value there now, but i think Zoho again pre-setup up the PK on ContactLeads table. Is there a way to go around that?

Hi!

Skyvia Replication package creates target tables according to the source tables (the schema is absolutely the same, with the same data types, primary keys, etc.). There is no way to configure database tables creation in this case. Please send us a DDL script of the target table in question (that was created by Skyvia), so that we are able to compare it with the source metadata.

Looking forward to your reply.

Hi, https://pastebin.com/9Z9CKuet

I suppose if I remove the Primary Key row here, it might solve the problem?

 Hello!

The table is created correctly, in accordance to the Zoho CRM object. The primary key is the Id field and this is correct. Please do not make any changes to the target table because it will break incremental updates.

Meanwhile, we will investigate the issue with duplicates on this table and let you know the results as soon as possible.

Best regards,

Mariia

Hello!

Unfortunately, we do not have any news so far.

We would be grateful if you send us the error log file for the ContactLeads table.

Best regards,

Mariia
