Dynamics365 Replication missing fields

Our teams are trying to start consuming our newly replicated Dynamics365 Replication data.  Upon analysis and the running of tests agains the Territory Entity, they have noticed many fields that are not present that the Data Export Service made available previously.  Namely, the manageridyominame field being the most important.  I have verified that this field is not available for me to select when setting up the replication for the Territory Entity.  Are we missing any steps?   Why wouldn't this field be included?  I have all of the missing fields in an excel file, but the ticket submission screen will not allow me to add a .xls or .xlsx or .csv file so I'm not sure how to send it to you.

Please clarify whether these fields are custom or not. Are they currently available in Dynamics?  

Maybe some settings of these fields have changed in Dynamics (i.e., they became not visible, etc.), and that's why they disappeared for us too.

Thanks for the information.  For some reason, we are having issues with the email address for the master on our account. Please send emails for this ticket to [email protected] if you can.  Not all of the fields that are missing are custom fields, some are default Dynamics fields. I just received a detail list from our dev team and will be analyzing it first the Monday morning.  You can expect a reply from us Tuesday start of your business day.
