Encoding Issue When Running Export to STFP

Hello, 

 

We have created an export job from Salesforce to the SFTP server, where I have chosen encoding Unicode ( UTF-8 ). Developer is now building up methods to pull this information in our backend, however they see the encoding is UTF-8 BOM. 

I don't see any other option for encoding when setting up the export than Uniode (UTF-8).
Is there anyway for us to make sure the encoding is UTF 8?

Hello, 

Please do let me know if there is any other information is needed from our side. 

Due to this encoding situation we are at the moment blocked with further development without which we cannot upgrade to the larger package. It would be very beneficial if you could let us know if there is a way how we can ensure UTF 8 encoding or do a workaround.

Dear Nika,

Thank you for getting back to us.

The issue with incorrect encoding was fixed and the fix will be applied with the next Skyvia version.

We expect it to be released by the end of this week.

Once it is done, we will update you.

Currently, we are not ready to apply update for the whole Skyvia app, however can try to update for some certain package.
