Hello I'm testing this tool to bring it into production soo, but whne I try to test my connection using MySQL as a source and a Salesforce instance as a destination and run the JOB I obtain the following error:

An exception has occured during insert operation, the message returned from the provider is:

The remote server returned an error: (400) Bad Request.

Where is the problem on my MySQL server or the SalesForce instance and whay could be causing it?

When you run your package, Salesforce returns the following error: "Async API not enabled".

Looks like your Salesforce edition does not support Asynchronous API (Bulk API). It is enabled by default for the following editions: Enterprise, Performance, Unlimited and Developer. For more information, please refer to https://help.salesforce.com/apex/HTViewSolution?id=000214395&language=en_US

You need to contact Salesforce support in order to enable Asynchronous API in Salesforce Professional edition. For more information, please refer to https://developer.salesforce.com/forums/?id=906F00000008rW5IAI

If you have not asked the Salesforce support team to turn on Bulk API for your Salesforce Professional account, you can clear the "Use Bulk API" check box in your Salesforce connection in order to work with Salesforce Professional.

If you have any further questions, feel free to contact us.
