Hello.

When we're trying to connect to aws s3 we're receiving the error

Error accessing AWS. Error: The underlying connection was closed: Could not establish trust relationship for the SSL/TLS secure channel.

Can you please help with this?

Thank you

Hello,

Thank you for submitting a ticket with us.

Amazon does not allow dots in the name of buckets due to a peculiarity of the SSL setup made for S3 service.

Their certificate is a wildcard SSL, issued for *.s3.amazonaws.com and covers all subsubdomains in the place of *.

Please check the related threads here: 1 , 2

If your bucket name contains dots, we would recommend renaming a bucket and removing them.

Should you have any questions, do not hesitate to contact us back.
