Hi there,

 

Everytime I do a download from Zendesk via Skvia I am getting an Unknown 0 error code pop up preventing me from getting my data. I urgently need help to correct this. 

 

The IT guy at Fever-Tree has tried helping me but says it is an error on Skyvia side and so needs help fixing this!!
