Error connecting SQL Server to Skyvia

We are thinking about buying your services so We are trying to connect the SQL Server to test the import of data from Salesforce, but we are unabled to connect our SQL Server to Skyvia.

We already tryed everything that says in the documentation, from the Firewall configuration, to the Port Forwarding and setting the respective configurations for SQL Server.

Also we tryed this in three different computers. Always with the same result.

Despite all that effort, We are still unable to connect the SQL Server, and we have 2 different type of errros: The Error 26 and the Error 0 as You can see in the Images.

We will wait for your answer.

Hello Mateo,

Thank you for submitting a ticket with us.

Direct mode implies specifying a public IP address of SQL Server. IP addresses from the range - are private addresses.

If there is no public IP, you can create a connection using Skyvia Agent.
